I previously requested help from another group. Compare to the other group, this group was really lacking and not professional. To compare, they didn't bring any equipment and poorly handled my boxes. Some boxes were labeled as glasses and I see the skinner of the two holding it with one hand and swinging it. 5 mins before the end, the skinner helper told me to give him the code when there were still 8 more medium boxes in the truck. I felt pressured to give him the code and I caught him playing on his phone multiple time.

Movers (contact was Mike) asked for more cash by phone, said MovingHelp.com had the wrong price. Then despite letting the movers choose the moving day, they called the day of and canceled because U-Haul 'did not have a forklift driver,' available to help transport U-Boxes to their truck. I accommodated and changed to another day again convenient to the movers. Second try, movers showed up unprepared without any moving equipment (dollies, carts, etc.). Fortunately I had equipment prepared. It had just rained and so the ground was wet and there were puddles where they chose to park. The movers refused to reposition literally 3-5 feet to avoid these puddles. During the move, the two movers repeatedly dropped my property also into the puddles. They repeatedly refused to reposition despite being asked. Furniture was broken, boxes ripped, dishes broken, etc. I was mislead by positive reviews for this company. Cannot recommend, this is the worst moving company I've worked with!
