The over all experience was okay. Not great, but not too bad. Communication is not good, I did not get any confirmation call from them until I called them 3 times to confirm the job. On top of that, they were 2 hours late than the confirmed time and for that too I had to keep calling and getting the updates about when they’re coming instead of they should’ve been doing it. But I’d again say the unloading help from them was overall good and once they arrived, they were quick! I knew and told them that this job will be less than an hour instead of the minimum 2 hours required to reserve, and they were able to complete the job in 45 minutes, But I still had to pay for 2 hours!!!

The people are experienced. However, the guys were picking up large things individually and damaging the walls in the process (to a good extent too). Other than that it was a good service.
