I was very disappointed with these movers. While they were timely, there was one young man & one older man. They only brought one hand dolly and proceeded to load their loads with 1-2 boxes at a time. I requested the help of 2 movers and the older gentleman was left behind in my apartment for most of the move. Instead my father was unloading the truck and stacking boxes & my fiancee and sister were moving furniture upstairs as the older man was not able or willing. As I only booked for 2 hours to unload & they were making small trips, I suggested loading the dolly up higher and was met with a comment that they are the professionals and that this was not a two hour job. In the end, it took them an hour 45 to get everything done & I'm confident that if my family hadn't been moving & unloading, it would not have been completed due to their slowness. They damaged a railing in my apartment and scuffed my couch by dragging it on concrete. Very unhappy with their service.
