Communication via text and phone was adequate. (Profesisonalism 1 star) The 2 helpers that showed up (late) had ZERO moving experience, and ZERO English speaking skills. They would grab the light boxes, and leave me with the heavy stuff. They placed no effort in trying to get things through doorways without bashing them in to the doorframe. Couch was torn, dresser was laid on cement on the side. They tried to move a round wooden table by rolling like a big wheel. Dresser drawer slid open, and they proceeded to use it to rest the entire dresser against, which bent the slider. I was moving boxes faster than they were. Comms (2 stars) with the main point of contact was good. If you DO hire them, request movers with some experience, and some English speaking ability. Because they showed up late, I did not use them to pack any boxes; Only for moving boxes. I would recommend them if you have big rocks or scrap metal that needs moved. Nothing that you don't want bashed, or torn.
