Isaac and his team at ModMoving were outstanding. From start to finish, they handled my belongings with exceptional care and professionalism. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the process, and every team member was warm, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. They worked efficiently, carefully wrapping each item and loading the truck in a way that maximized space while protecting fragile items. Had a great experience working with Isaac and his team. I received communication immediately upon booking to confirm the type of move and any special requests, which was very professional. On the day of the move, Isaac communicated regularly with me, efficiently unloaded my UBox with care, and was extremely friendly. Would recommend!

The mowers did not arrive on the day of the job. The job was scheduled for the morning and they did not show up until the next day! I was provided no updates and no communication regarding delays. I followed up several times after waiting several hours and they provided me a false ETA which they missed again and again. At 5pm they told me Uhaul was closed for the day and they would deliver the ubox and unload the next day (on a federal holiday). They also charged $39 extra for a COI. Not happy with the experience and on hindsight I should have hired someone else.
