The guys were fast and efficient. Overall I would recommend them. A little constructive criticism for the company - Communication could have been better. For example, instead of receiving a call, I had to call to confirm the job. When I requested a certain way of packing, the proper response would have been to explain why you're doing it the way you do calmly, rather than apparent frustration because you believe you know what you're doing. That may be so, however, it's not a great way to communicate with the customer. I tipped generously nevertheless because overall I was happy with the job, and I would hire them again.
