My initial review would have been for 5 stars across the board. the two men would cordial and professional. The reason for the decline in rating? The unload. The fellows that I hired for the unload were surprised by the lack of anything proper about the way my items were loaded. I rented 24 blankets from U-Haul and only 2 were used. The unload company took numerous photos before during and after so that they would not be held responsible. Damages included heavily scratched dressers, broken handles on furniture, a swivel top that was broken off of a TV stand, the top of a cedar chest that was ripped off, and that's what we've seen so far. Who know what else there is as we have put much of the things in the basement until we get more organized upstairs in the rooms. After talking with the unload movers when they opened the truck door I said to my wife. 'we tipped those guys in NJ way too much.'
