Isa and his team were great and made moving from a second floor condo a breeze. All of our furniture was wrapped and loaded by Tetris Masters. We packed our belongings before their arrival and they took everything and loaded it (tetris style) for us. Everything arrived in great condition, not a single object or box shifted in the Ubox during shipping or delivery.
