Jennifer and Jonathan were great, helped us work through a UHaul issue, and somehow managed to get us moved out of our home in spite of a comedy of errors that seem to always happen on high stress, high stakes occasions. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. Jennifer did a fantastic job of optimizing the space in the UBoxes and exercised care around making sure things like artwork were protected. Jonathan was unfazed by the chaos in our apartment and steadily made sure everything got out. Both were great communicators.
