The communication from the office was excellent. They handled the situation very well. The crew arrived when they said they would and completed on time. The first of two loads was unsecured, resulting in a load shift, which damaged a piece of furniture. Another was damaged in loading. Nothing major, but one of the two items will be difficult to repair. Employees were provided a cash tip on-site.
