They got the job done which is what's important. But a few things need improvement. They were late. They spent a lot of time looking at their phones. They didn't pay attention to how my boxes were labeled. Instead, they put a few in the front room and the rest in the living room. I have to dig through all of the boxes so I can move them to the right room. I can barely move around the house because of the chaotic way they put everything else. They blocked closet doors with stuff.
