The guys were great, the one thing I would suggest to the company is if a customer does not use all the time they should be refunded for full hours not used. For example, I booked for 3 hours, only used 1.5. I am not looking for 1.5 hours in refund, but 1 hr worth of refund would have been nice. Sometimes it is hard to estimate how much time you may need, and it doesn't seem fair to pay for part of a service that was not needed.
