It was a very hectic day, as all moving days are, and I counted on the 2 movers to do a great job with my furniture while I was busy taking care of all of the other things we deal with. Unfortunately I should NOT have. The 2 men who came were moving very slowly, obviously to make more money, and taking breaks to get high in their Jeep. It was unreal! They scratched, broke, and ruined a lot of my furniture, including a brand new dining room table and chairs. The truck I rented came with blankets and they didn’t bother using them. They didn’t even bring the furniture in carefully as I found lots of scrapes and nicks on the walls in my new place after they left. When I called their boss to complain he spent the entire time making excuses and trying to gaslight me instead of LISTENING to me. So unprofessional that I’m still left appalled. I don’t know how they get good ratings but believe me when I say do not hire this company!
