The movers were very nice, very professional, and had good communication throughout the process. However, they were not very experienced. They did not load the truck properly and did not fit everything that should have fit, primarily furniture that I couldn't load into a car (the whole reason I rented a truck). They also damaged every piece of furniture that I needed moved.

The customer service phone was great but the movers they sent to the house just felt very lazy, trying to do bare minimum. Did not fill uhaul as efficiently to fit more items in, had to do alot of loading myself. Movers tried to stop early and close the job claiming that the truck is full. Will not use these guys again. They also spent a lot of time in the car and burning time, would not work to maximize the hours.
