I would not recommend this company. It was a waste of money IMO. They did not show up during the first allotted time. They did not cover the floors - big scratches in Brazilian Cherry Hardwood. Broke a 200+ year old antique chair. They did not wrap & tape my furniture with blankets, although they used blankets to cover some furniture in the box. Two of the guys were professional & personable. The guy who did the damage had an attitude when I pointed it out. The owner was responsive did call the guys after I complained about the damage.

Very slow and took many breaks during the 2 hours. Refused to carry an appliance downstairs. Did not bring any dolly and then complained about it.

The people who showed up to help with my move were quick and efficient. They worked well as a team and communicated with me throughout the move. They were able to pack all of my belongings within 45 minutes of them arriving. I would definitely use their services again for future moves!
