Movers did not complete the job they were hired to do. I had to carry most of the stuff up several flights of stairs, including heavy items I should not have been carrying. I was covered in sweat and bruises by the end of the day. Movers were supposed to come back to finish the last few items, but continued to make excuses and never ended up coming. Additionally, items were not handled with care. Expensive wood furniture was scraped on the concrete, expensive music equipment was dropped on the stairs, a turntable was carried upside despite the box being overly marked with 'THIS SIDE UP', 'FRAGILE!!!', etc. resulting in parts in the turntable being damaged. Complete nightmare.

Both the people who came to complete the job were completely UNPROFESSIONAL and handling of furniture extremely careless and they did not put the furniture inside and demanded additional $100 for putting the furniture inside and then that also they did not do completely. I would never recommend to use their service at all.

They were 2 hours late to the time I was given, so I had to load up all the dollies myself, except for one mattress. It was all organized and ready to go (which is a service I paid for but had to do myself because they didn't show up on time) and all they had to do was go down the elevator and bring the things to the U-box. They were disorganized and arguing with each other, and toppled my belongings more than once. One of the times, a box full of art supplies fell from about 5 feet up and its contents scattered everywhere- they picked up the now broken box, put it back on the pile upside down and with contents falling out and dragging, and left everything else on the floor, stuffing items wherever they could find. I had to ask them multiple times to re-pack the box because things were precarious or upside down or not secured. I'm super disappointed with the service and want my money back after the whole event as it was not professional at all, let alone what I paid for.
