Called them 6 times the day before the reservation to confirm a time before they finally called us back. Day of the move, they laid our one cabinet down to lift from the top and bottom, at which point it just split in half at the middle and crashed to the floor. The cabinet was destroyed, and we will most likely wind up paying for the damages done to the apartment floor. While unloading, we also found another cabinet got destroyed because they placed heavier items on top of it.
