I am delighted by the friendliness and positive attitude showed by both Ian and Devin. They are fast, professional and nice. They have done job much faster then expected. I heard the rumors of no show but all are wrong. I booked the job on same day and call the Ian’s number and he confirmed the time and was exactly came on time. So I would suggest to book and call Ian to have communication streamline.

Do NOT use this moving company.They ruined my dinning table then stopped responding! I hired them on 4-27-24 for a load only. When I got to my new location I noticed they put my dinning table in the back of the truck facing upright, UNCOVERED with boxes and furniture on top. It now has multiple huge scrapes and scratches all over. I called Dream Services to let them know how I discovered my table. The manager Ian apologized and stated that the two young men they sent are usually supposed to be supervised but weren’t that day. He accepted responsibility and told me to text pictures of the damage and a shopping link to the table.He stated he would then Zelle me the cost of my table. I sent the text with proof and NEVER GOT A RESPONSE OR ZELLE. It’s been 2 days and now Im looking into legal action. Use another moving team!
