They were there & answered the phone - the wife did. And then the owner spoke with me, quickly ascertained what I needed, then spoke to me re-adduringly in a way that made me know they had me covered. Just who I was looking for , & who I needed. The helper, Gary J. that Richard sent, waited for me at the UHAUL to unload ( at the tail -end, I was just too exhausted ! ), then was very fast AND went above-and-beyond to make sure I got where I needed to go, safely. These people are very professional and really care, want to be of service, and have the capacity to do so. I was so thankful for their assistance. ( I already tipped. )
