They didn't call the day before. They arrived about a half hour later. Scheduled for just 3 hours, but took a 42-minute lunch break. Came back from break smelling like beer.

We had great service and we had to delay our movers arriving on our move date, due to our Penske Truck being delayed for 4.5 hours and they were very understanding and James was a pleasure to work with. He understood our concerns. The movers, Adam, Neil and David did a great job packing up the truck in the heat and were very careful on ensuring our furniture was packed correctly. We provided a cash tip to our movers. I highly recommend Excellent Movers!
