Booked 2 movers from 5pm to 7pm. At 5pm I received a call saying that the 2 helpers would be 15 minutes late. They showed up at 530pm and said nothing about the them being late. The first hour of them moving our stuff went great, they were very efficient and quick. As soon as the clock hit 630 they slowed down so much that it took them another hour to bring 2 mattresses and 3 dressers down to the truck. They had already moved 90 percent of the things out of the apartment and still managed to take an hour. Because of how the helpers slowed down, I went over my time allotted for the load and unload and had to pay for another hour or I would have had to unload the truck on my own. The helpers worked well for the beginning of the night and then for the unload. They are not very careful with your things as I have a box with broken glass Tupperware that was labeled fragile but was not handled as such. And they do not take a lot care to avoid damaging walls or floors while moving things.

These guys were incredible! They showed up and got to work immediately. They worked so quickly and carefully and we had some really really tricky angles to work with. We couldn’t have done our move without them! Highly recommend.

The movers were on time and checked in with me throughout the move. It was a tight fit to get everything in to the uhaul but my belongings were all in great shape when I unpacked them. Overall very haply with these movers!

We would not have been able to complete our move without the amazing help of our two movers. I didn't get their names, but they were incredible. They showed up early, and stayed a little later to help us. They were professional, friendly, and positive in a really tough situation for us. They helped move some really heavy pieces of furniture and made it look easy, and were really good sports about the number of stairs in our house. We are so so grateful to them and would recommend this service to anyone moving!
