They were in constant communication from time of booking to when there were 15 minutes away. The amount of work they did in one hour saved my sister and I about 4 more hours trying to lift heavy furniture and boxes up two flights of stairs. I probably would not have been able to lift the furniture at all with just my sister there. So their presence was critical to our situation. I booked them the same day and they called me back within 30 minutes. The efficacy, professionalism, and enthusiasm they had was amazing. I’m grateful for their help coming through for my family in a tough time. I would highly recommend their service!!

Ms Adams was very communicative. She called to let me know the original mover was sick and she was looking for someone to take their place. She then called to let me know she had found two movers to assist. During the unloading process there was some damage to the stairs, my mattress and adjustable base. I sent pictures of the damages and sent them to her to have on record. She was very apologetic about the damages and asked me to submit a claim to the insurance company. I’m having some trouble with submitting the claim but hope to be reimbursed for the damages soon. When my bed was moved, the movers didn’t connect the adjustable base. She sent someone out a few days later to make sure everything was connected properly. I highly recommend purchasing insurance when hiring movers to make sure you’re covered in case your property is damaged.
