Professional, focused and quick. Pleasure to talk to as well. We had some things we wanted to get rid of with bulk trash pickup at the curb next to where the Uboxes were (disassembled king bed, mattress and a couch) but the company clarified that they would only be moving things that would be packed.

Matt and Rodney did everything possible to fit as much as they could into my U-Box. When the box arrived we were thinking we might have to get a second one. By the time Matt and Rodney were done that was not the case! They made the most of the box while also taking the time to use the blankets to protect all my furniture.
