Very professional guys. They arrived early and checked in with us to let us know they were waiting patiently for our arrival. They didn't mind waiting a bit longer for the rental truck check in process. They were immediately ready to go and start moving things from our storage unit to uhaul rental truck right away. They were very nice and helpful. And finished quickly. I would most certainly use the service again in the future for moving. And the price was affordable in comparison to other quotes from places such as 2 guys and a truck who wanted $700+ for the same minimum 2 hour moving time. These movers saved me $600 i didnt have to spare for moving services. They handled all items with care. Thank you guys so much for the affordability, punctuality, and professionalism! Couldn't have possibly gotten those couches up to my second floor unit on my own! I appreciate you guy's help so much! Thanks again! You guys are the mvps in my book! So happy I stumbled upon your moving company!!!!!!

Tru and Jeffery were very professional albeit, the communication prior to them arriving on my time was not so good. I was asking for a 6am start, they came at 8am and completed by 1030am. Upon arriving to my destination, I found several furniture pieces chipped and broken due to inappropriate stacking and packing. I have photos and will file a claim. I never signed a contract which I was told by the U-Haul in Texas, my destination, that should have been done.

They left 1.5 hrs early, they didn't move all the items requested, we had to rearrange the truck that was loaded, very unprofessional
