Outstanding communication and courteous, professional service. I booked container and delivery and unloading service on one day’s notice when my container arrived a few days early at the U Haul center. Veterans Move coordinated with U Haul to get my container ready for pick up and kept me apprised of the status throughout the process. Unloading process went quickly and safely. Highly recommend.

There was a little bit of communication issues between the crews, but it didn't affect the move. In fact they started a couple hours earlier than scheduled, which was fine to me. Everything got moved to the right places, no issues.

They arrived on time and you can tell they take pride in their work. He took my beds apart and put them back together. They are very careful with your things and nothing was broken or damaged. All of the boxes and furniture was loaded and unloaded carefully. I only booked them for 3 hours and went over, so paid the difference and it was no big deal. I appreciate their hard work, attention to detail, and overall work ethic. This was probably one of the best moves I have ever had.
