I live in a complex that has an HOA. They made my park them by the office which is at least 800 feet away from my condo. The workers were very fast a pleasant and did not complain about the distance. Then unbeknownst to me my HOA called U-Haul and move up my pick up to the movers day. When the loader showed up an hours earlier then the timeframe estimated. The driver loaded the first box then asked that if they moved it to by my place of garage would it go faster the movers said yes. And the pickup driver waited by with the the forklift (which was required by my HoA) and the movers moved quickly and effectively with triple the time. They went above and beyond to finish quickly. I really appreciated all their efforts.

Not having utilized this service before, there were some instances of uncertainty as to what was going on. But in the final analysis, things went quite smoothly. We will be using the services again when we move the rest of our household goods to the new house.
