Communication overall was not great. They were an hour and a half late, and did not call to confirm they were still coming until an hour after their initial agreed upon time had passed. Because U-Haul lets the customers choose their own time for their move, this often results in either unexpectedly longer moving times due to the poor judgement of one customer (which makes all other customers have later moves), or having too much moving time relative to amount of items (like in my case, the guys had moved everything I asked from one apartment to the other in just about an hour even though U-Haul thought I needed 3 hours). My only recommendation now that I know this info, is for Fountain Movers to give a time frame for starting the move rather than agreeing to a set time. Overall I really appreciate the help and want to recognize Christian and Kenny for their overall positivity and great efficiency.
