I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company, which I now believe reflects the saying, you get what you pay for. The movers arrived late and seemed unhurried, spending time eating in their car instead of starting the job. Once they began, they were arguing with each other, which was unprofessional and distracting. One of the movers, right in front of me, told another not to take things personally because the other mover hadn't gotten any sleep the night before. I was shocked to see them smoking marijuana while on the job. This only contributed to their slow pace. They also caused damage to my new flooring. When I brought this to the attention of one of the movers, he simply dismissed it. After the move,I contacted owner to express my concerns. Instead of addressing the issue, he responded defensively, claiming that not all the damage was their fault and that my flooring wasn’t new. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the poor service. Worst experience ever!!!

Sometimes you just hit the lottery with movers. Marcus, Lauren, and Joe showed up ready to kick butt. They packed like a game of Tetris with no wasted space so that all our stuff fit in the truck - something I was totally afraid would not happen. Cannot recommend enough. Great value for money and a pleasure to work with Jim on the pre-arrangements.

Wonderful! I would give them a 10. We had last minute issued with our Uhaul truck breaking down and they worked with us to get the job done much later than expected. We were already stressed-out and they really helped so much. Excellent job, communication, everything!
