I chose this company because they had a good rating and over 260 reviews. They completed the job, but not in the time frame that was supposed to happen. I hired them for 4 hours, and the first hour and a half they were great in getting the truck loaded at my first location. The younger of the two says they are running to a friends only 15 minutes away to help move some things, I asked how long they might be because it would take 45 to an hour to get the loaded truck to my other location for unloading, he said maybe another 15 minutes. I said ok but if I needed them passed 1;30 which was the 4 hour mark I’d expect them to stay. That was around 10;45am. They didn’t come to the 2nd location until almost 2pm. During that time I spoke with customer service which extended my use of the truck free of extra charges, and found out that this moving company had double booked during my 4 hour timeframe. They came, finished the job, but highly frustrating and unprofessional. Won’t use again.

I’m mighty impressed with moving help provided by Joe for my daughter. The cost was reasonable & he did a great job. Will certainly recommend & will return again for future moving help.

The crew was late to the agreed upon time. No communication was given regarding the delay. Otherwise, their service was good. The crew were courteous and professional.
