Absolutely incredible! Alex and Denzel truly made this the least stressful move of my life. Alex is truly a uhaul tetris master. And went above and beyond by wrapping all my furniture in padding, taking down my TV from the wall mount + AC out of the window, AND fixing my bed that I said I was throwing out because I couldn’t figure out how to fix myself! They really know what they’re doing !!

Counter to the company's name, the mover named Lamont arrived late, and was rude and complained nearly the entire time. It brought a bad energy to our apartment. When we asked that he be gentle with a particular piece of furniture, he was insolent and said he knew what he was doing. The other mover was kind, but incompetent. He kept breathing very heavily and resting often (despite none of our items being heavy), while my partner did a lot of the work. When we suggested an amended moving rotation to accommodate the other mover's exhaustion, Lamont was very rude and disregarded this. Both movers piled the furniture and items in the apartment very haphazardly, with no order. Every single piece of floor space is covered with items, piled as if it were a landfill. The negative atmosphere that Lamont brought was upsetting, not to mention that the inefficiency with which the items were piled requires now hours of our own lifting and sorting to fix. We would like a refund.

Awesome experience working with Alex and TJ. They both were very professional, arrived on time, helped with all of the moving and they even fixed my bedframe that was coming apart. I can safely say that we could not have done this move without TG and Denzel. They walked up and down four flights of stairs about a million times. They were respectful of our stuff, of our time, and they were a pleasure to work with. They were always thinking ahead and problem solving, including standing out in 80 degree weather to find the best place to park. We got a smaller truck that we thought we would, and they filled it up like tetris so we didn't have to do 2 trips. I would recommend On Time Movers to anyone of my friends.
