Customers who live on the 4th floor, 5th floor or 6th floor of a walk up with no elevator available or a 20-26 FT Truck, book a 3 men or 4 men crew. I guess this is a slightly mixed review. One of the 2 guys didn't show up until we were almost finished, but the other guy worked so hard we finished the job in less time than I had budgeted. Overall, I'm totally satisfied.

These guys were GREAT! Super efficient, never complained, and were able to problem solve on a whim when things weren’t fitting correctly, etc. they also pushed back our move-in time as much as we needed, which was so helpful! SO affordable as well. Totally recommend!

Jordan and Alfa were extremely professional, on time, hard working, and kind. They knocked out my moving project efficiently and with smiles on their faces. Tona was also very communicative in the left to the move. I’d definitely work with them again!

Life savers!! Different moving company cancelled on me last minute an hour before my move and High line moving stepped up and saved the day! Super kind, responsive and great workers. They genuinely care about your moving experience and items too. Great communication and transparency. 100 percent would book again and I highly recommend!

I called after making my appointment, and they were responsive. And informative. Explain exactly how the process works and who i would be working with. The movers came and helped me with all the garbage removal and loading of my uhaul. Took the stress off my back. Great company, look forward to working with them more!
