Diamond Moves NY

We requested the earliest possible morning move time to allow us to drive across 3 states, unload, and return the truck within our contracted time. We were told they could arrive a little after 8 am. At 8 we received a text saying they would not be arriving for another hour and an half. After some back and forth, they arrived at 9. The gentlemen who completed the move were very polite and professional.

Dash and his help were extraordinarily helpful and quick and moving all my furniture to my new loft. They were very good and professional and I will definitely be using them again when we eventually move out of the loft. They called me the day before to schedule a time, and called me again the morning of the move to confirm. They arrived on time and were very strong and lifted some very heavy things up the stairs. Excellent work all around.
