U-Hual gave my movers a wrong box, which was annoying, however the movers were very prompt in turning the wrong box back and return with the correct box. Solid five stars!

Anthony, Chris and Fabian were all excellent. Very profesional, communicative, prompt and friendly. They made moving a breeze. They picked up our 2 u-boxes from uhaul on a trailer, unloaded them and dropped the trailer off all within 4 hrs, and that was even with a delay due to the uhaul storage location only having 1 trailer! Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.

Chris & Anthony were responsive and efficient. I was extremely nervous moving with a Uhaul pod in the middle of Manhattan, but they handled it like absolute champs. Cannot recommend them enough.
