Communication was great to organize details in advance. Two helpers were dedicated. No communication issues. Unfortunately, one person arrived an hour late. But Vlad worked for two people so we got things done on time for our truck leaving.

Initial communication was good, we had to switch days with short notice and they were able to accommodate us which was awesome. The 2 people they sent for loading our truck were quick, efficient and polite. They took direction easily and took care of our things and treated them with respect. Both were hearing impaired and took the extra time to make sure we felt comfortable with how they were moving things, their communication was superb and they were both very nice. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs moving help!!!
