My communication was with a nice fellow that was clear and responsive to all communication. The day of my move, the movers contacted me to say that the previous job ran long, and they wouldn't be able to service my move and asked if we could reschedule (2 movers for 2 hours switching storage units). I could not reschedule. So, I presume the company was put in a no-win scenario, abandon the previous job or not show to the later one. Tough choice. But, it did put me in quite the bind. They were able to send 1 mover eventually, but that meant I had to do a lot more work than expected and the move took twice as long.

These guys are great. Very professional and accommodating. My truck was late, which pushed back our moving time. However, the guys were very willing to wait and completed the job well. They even came back later in the day to provide additional assistance. I will definitely be calling them again.

The movers were very friendly and were cautious about not damaging the furniture during the move. They helped to assemble the furniture as it was disassembled during moving. Overall a really great experience and would gladly use the service again!
