Need A Hand Moving

I booked two hours for two movers. One of them arrived 15 minutes late and appeared to be high and drunk! Some of my furniture was scratched or damaged during the move. They rushed through the job, didn’t follow the instructions I gave, and finished an hour early. When I asked them to help organize the furniture in the car, they dismissed my request, saying everything looked fine. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and would not recommend this company.

Austin and the other gentleman (I apologize I don't remember his name but it started with an A) were amazing to work with. They made it fun and so much less stressful and made sure we got out of the city before the lunch rush. I loved working with those two and would recommend them to anyone moving in NYC. Also, I tipped them in cash. Didn't want you to think I was giving them the shaft by not tipping below.
