Quality Laborers are shockingly bad movers that should be banned from moving help. I moved into a 1 bedroom apartment and provided a 20 ft truck, yet they took 10 hours (7 hours over!) and did not even complete the move. I needed another crew the next day and a new smaller truck to finish moving and rearrange everything in the apartment so it was accessible. They lied to me multiple times, put my pillows in the most protected area of the truck, left my delicate TV in front with no protection and room around it, and did not use the furniture blankets to pad furniture when taking it down the stairs. Many of my things were damaged and my new apartment. It ended up costing me over $2000 in just moving costs, not $300 and I am still assessing the extent of the damage. They were verbally abusive and a horror to experience, culminating in a call to 911 at the end of the night. They are terrible movers but professional scammers. Please stay away. I wish moving help would provide support.
