One of the movers seemed like a homeless person, I’m sorry to say. The movers did not take all my stuff, even though there was room, so I had to throw away some of it and spend $200 shipping the rest. They also charged $75 extra for a Certificate of Insurance, even though I paid $200 extra for a company that provides CoI’s. Then I had to call them the day before the move to get them to send the darn thing I’d paid $300 for. And I ended up bringing down my own stuff for them to pack up. Why? I don’t know. They just gave up on bringing stuff down at some point. They also took a very long time and the main mover was on his phone (taking orders) a lot of the time.

The guys were great! Very fast and friendly and a pleasure to work with. My only complaint was that they were quite late - about a half hour. Otherwise it was a very positive experience.
