0 of 5 - said they’d wrap my monitors (for an extra fee). They didn’t, and blamed me for not requesting supplies from U-Haul. They never informed me when I asked, but blamed me on move date. -charged me out of pocket EXTRA $150. They claimed it was a ‘stair fee’. Initially, the guy said ‘$50’. After the job was complete (loading), I zelled him $50. He got hostile with me and said ‘I said $150, not $50. Nobody’s doing all this for $50. So you better figure it out.’ I had my friend Zelle him the other $100, because I didn’t have it in my bank at the time. -Damaged equipment. While carrying my belongings out, they were reckless with it, bumping them against doors, walls, dropping them, etc. I’m top of that, packing was poor, to the point where my desk was broken upon delivery ($200) and my couch was ripped on the bottom ($800). -No resolution on damages. Remarks like ‘who’s gonna see the bottom of the couch?’ ‘What you want us to do?’ ‘It’s not our fault, we can’t do nothing’ was given.
