Communication leading up to and on the day of the move was very good. On the day of, there was a delay due to a problem on U-Haul's end, and the movers arrived a few hours later than expected. WeMove NC handled the issue super well and kept me informed. There are a few additional fees to be aware of that I was informed of when I called to confirm the service. For me, tolls were not included in the base price that I paid when booking on movinghelp.com. Tolls differ depending on location and day, but for me it was an extra $110 in tolls to go to and from the Uhaul location. Another additional fee is for $125 if the movers have to park more than 150 feet away. However, they said that that happens very rarely, and it was not an issue. Overall, the service was excellent and I would recommend WeMove NC. I scheduled 1.5 weeks in advance, and made sure to reach out before the move to confirm.

Just for transparency I booked a move at 8am for that same day at 5pm. Customer service reached out to me within an hour. I communicated clearly what I needed and they got me squared away for the evening within 15 minutes. The movers arrived early and communicated politely which I really appreciate because I was already under enough stress. Once I arrived I did not have to worry about a thing. I can not remember the very tall gentleman’s name but he was extremely efficient and very courteous. All of the movers who helped were professional and careful when handling my personal belongings. I have another move to complete across the country in a couple of weeks and I will definitely be using them again.
