Communication was great and service was professional and cordial. Anthony confirmed the order almost immediately after purchase for the date requested and checked in again the day before. COI was provided on quick turnaround. Two points to note. The movers who arrived were deaf and non-verbal, professional and cordial but a bit surprising, could be something to consider for a complex move. Also, because of a Uhaul error and the movers' back-to-back schedule the whole, my move didn't start until 10 30pm - the movers still fit me in which was great but something to consider if something goes wrong for rescheduling, though this move was at the end of a month so probably just normal noise. All in all, great service, would use again and would recommend for others.
