The timing was impeccable! They loaded the truck pretty quickly and in one trip. Barely lifted a finger on anything myself due to being pregnant. I’d hire them again if I need them in the future!

IT WAS BIG MESS. It didnt go as planned. The move was planned for 2 men with 3 hours. From the beginning, this team was trying to upsell. When they were there, they needed 5 hours with 3 men to complete the move. I agreed. Then they started communicating that the items that should be placed are the curb should be done on other day for additional charge. To take the couch outside, they need to remove the bottom of the couch. For some reason it took forever to confirm that they will not be able to unscrew the bottom of the couch. Then another setback that the couch need to be moved on different day. Finally when I was able to take the screws out, the truck was already filled and they tried to fit the couch in. This caused damages to the couch on the upholstery and foot of the couch. It was promised to come back to put the stuffs on the road on the following day. Never got a call. Now I need to find another mover to move the stuffs.
