The point of contact I worked with setting things up was very professional and helpful. The team sent to help unload my truck was not however and clearly lacked any moving experience. Additionally the team leader left mid-way through and only returned once the job was completed. I ended up doing a lot of the unloading myself. We got the job done but it was not the best experience.
