We hired 2 movers, 3 movers came, so we felt the need to pay more as far as tips go. So that was an unexpected cost. They were a little late. I'll say they pulled into the driveway and I did not think they were the movers. They were all of very small stature, one was a kid I think, and when the doors opened I smelled lots of weed. We thought maybe it's for pain management, moving is difficult. I let that slide. We told them ahead of time we had some pretty heavy items. They struggled with the heavy stuff and our dresser drawers don't work quite the same anymore since they utilized them to try to move it. Some items marked up and many things had black marks or fingerprints on them, which we haven't experienced with movers before, so that was odd. Overall, they did get the job done, but took a lot of breaks and went over the 2 hours, even with us moving many of our things ourelves beforehand. They'd be okay if they just cleaned up their act a little and were more professional.

Worst company I have ever worked with. Lack of communication and honesty. Didn’t listen to what I said at all. Loaded the truck all wrong. Furniture damaged and items in boxes as they put heavy plastic containers on card board boxes. When the movers came to unload the truck, they said they loaded the truck all wrong and it was the worst loading job they had ever seen. I won’t NOT recommend.

I wasn’t expecting professionals when I hired these guys, as the last time I moved and hired movers through Uhaul that wasn’t the case. However, the two guys who showed up for my move were probably in high school and had no clue how to pack my uhaul or move furniture. My mom and I ended up moving a good chunk of the furniture and coordinating how to pack the uhaul. They scuffed up my walls and furniture a decent amount. Nice boys but next time I will be paying extra for people who are experienced.

The movers were awesome and were able to accommodate an additional hour where we needed it. However they pushed the time back from 9am 3 times and then we had to move the day because I had made unmovable plans for that evening. Overall the movers were Considerate and conscious of the items being moved and the time in which they were being moved.

when a previous moving crew failed to show, they provided the same day service, coming from a long distance. They were Lifesavers! They might want to invest in some equipment, like dollies and moving straps to make their work easier and efficient

Loading everything into the truck went smoothly. However, I had scheduled the movers for 11am and the start time was pushed back 3 times. We did not start loading the truck until 830pm. Unfortunately, I had to move my move-in date back a day. What's even more frustrating is that loading the truck only took an hour, so everything would have gone as planned if the movers had showed up at the agreed time. I think it's very unprofessional of the company to push back my start time (which I had scheduled on May 2) because a same day 'emergency move' came up. The company should have realized that this emergency move would take a full day and they should have rescheduled me. The whole thing came off as bad business and sketchy. You shouldn't leave your customers waiting a full day, especially if they already paid for movers to be there at a certain time.
