The communication was incredible throughout the process. I was late and they accommodated me and still stayed to give me the full 2 hrs. The guys were great and gentle with my stuff. Would highly recommend!

Someone called me to try to tell me that the moving men where there when they weren't, I even asked the clerk if they had seen anyone before I got there and they said no. They did show up just a few minutes later, but that wasn't very professional and I don't like being lied to, especially if they were trying to charge me for the time when they weren't there.
