I would have preferred to be contacted by the movers when I booked but it worked out fine to contact them and arrange the move. One of my items was damaged in the move. Otherwise everything was good.

The helpers were not very friendly. I informed them that all the bedroom items needed to be moved. It seemed like they had overbooked and were in a rush. They moved the items from one bedroom in an hour, leaving two or three more to go. I reminded them that I had booked them for two hours. One of the helpers told me not to have the mentality that I had booked them for two hours.

On the day of our move we needed to change our time from 10 am to 1 pm and it worked out for the movers that they were able to come later. They were very professional, moved quickly, didn’t take any breaks, followed our directions and completed the work on time. We had many odd shaped items that they moved and stored in the truck well. When we unpacked, everything had been positioned just right and nothing was damaged. Fantastic job!!! We paid a tip in cash for our appreciation of work well done!
