Charles Family Moving was an exceptional help during our move. We contacted them with only one day of notice after another Moving Help provider cancelled on us. They confirmed they would be able to help us move large furniture and boxes out of our fourth-floor Manhattan walk up, and their staff were friendly and professional in doing so. They even disassembled some of our furniture to be reassembled on the other side to fit more in the UBoxes. Throughout the process, they were communicative to help ease our concerns about the tight timeline. Strongly recommend for any NYC-area move!
