I offered two boxes of blankets to the Get it Done movers but they did not use them and my $3k couch arrived with damage because it was not properly wrapped and packed. I had other pieces of furniture damaged as well and the majority of the blankets were not moved. These guys hustled and came in under the time I had paid for but I would have rather had them do the job properly. Would not recommend.

This was a completely unprofessional experience and I do not recommend this company. The person I dealt with on the phone gave the apparency of being professional, but the employees this business employs shows they are not a reputable company. My two movers took double the time (which I was charged for) for them to NOT complete the job, leave a heavy piece of furniture surreptitiously in the stairwell, that I could not move on my own. The woman on the phone then sent two new movers after an hour, who completed the job. I was overcharged, and do not recommend this company. Furniture was scratched, a mattress was moved out of its bag, covered in the movers sweat and the stairwell's filth. I was stunned. All the woman on the phone and the laborers cared about was getting a bad review. I don't have time to write bad reviews! But that on top of all this, they charged me for the extra time is insane. Hire professionals who care about the quality of their work and the service they provide.
