Darwin and Juan came in on time and they had exceeded my expectations. Despite having no elevator, they were able to bring all my things down quick from 6th floor, for like less than 30mins, which was surprising cuz I booked them for 2H. They were such a big help! NY Movers were amazing!! Quick communication throughout my move, showed up early with two of the most professional strong guys, Juan and Darwin! They moved my entire U-Haul up three flights of stairs and were happy and sweaty the whole time. Very courteous and careful with my furniture. I am so impressed!
