We hired help to empty a storage unit into a shipping container, our scheduled time frame was between 3-5pm. We arrived at 3pm and they did not arrive until almost 530pm. That gave them about 15 minutes to load all of our things into the container before the storage facility closed. We tried to contact them several times before 5pm but got no answer until minutes before 5p and they said they were 10 minutes away. The whole situation was very stressful since we had traveled quite a ways to meet them there and needed to leave town early the next day. Still waiting to see how our belongings made the trip.

Wish I could give 5 stars because they were very kind, hard working people who did a great job of moving all of my items up 3 flights of stairs. Unfortunately, communication and organization was lacking and it seemed like they were overbooked for how much staff they had, causing my delivery, and others, to be consitently delayed. Because all staff is occupied with moving, no one answers the office phone to give you an update about your delivery-- for the business, I recommend having extra staff for communication or being more responsive to clients. I recommend booking but at a less busy time.
